We want you to love Root, if you don’t, send it back within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. To receive a refund for your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Please input your order number and the email address you used for your purchase at https://rootrobotics.com/a/returns

2. Select your reason for your return.

3. If you are returning Root due to a manufacturer defect or warranty issue, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label after your return is approved. If you are returning Root because you are unhappy with the product, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. 

4. All product must be returned in good, salable condition, in the original Root packaging, with all the accessories and manuals to receive full credit. 

5. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after it is received at the Root warehouse. You will receive an email once the return is received at the warehouse and when the return is processed.
